These promotional terms apply to the 8-hour, 12-hour and 16-hour New Beginner Semi-Intensive programmes offered by Chris Deller Driver Training.
Semi-intensive training is available Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00 only.
These programmes are designed to be completed within a short period and require good weekday availability.
This promotion is for new customers who are beginners and are starting to learn to drive.
It is not intended for existing pupils, previous or returning pupils, or experienced learners transferring from another instructor.
8-Hour Programme — £350
Two 4-hour training sessions.
To be completed within 3 weeks.
12-Hour Programme — £510
Three 4-hour training sessions.
To be completed within 4 weeks.
16-Hour Programme — £660
Four 4-hour training sessions.
To be completed within 5 weeks.
Training is available Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00 only.
When booking, you will be asked which days and times generally work best for you.
I will use your availability to arrange the programme, but supplying preferred days or times does not guarantee a particular appointment.
You should only purchase a semi-intensive package if you have sufficient flexibility to complete the programme within the stated period.
Once a training appointment has been arranged, you should treat that appointment as fixed.
If you cancel an agreed session, another suitable appointment cannot be guaranteed.
Where another suitable appointment is available within your existing programme period, I may offer it. However, this is subject to diary availability and is not guaranteed.
A customer cancellation does not automatically extend the completion period.
Because these programmes are sold on the basis of concentrated training within a limited period, unused training cannot simply be carried forward indefinitely.
Any entitlement to a refund or retention of payment following cancellation will be dealt with in accordance with these terms, the services already supplied, losses reasonably resulting from the cancellation and applicable consumer law.
If I cancel one of your agreed sessions, you will not lose that training.
The session will be rearranged.
Where necessary, your programme completion period will be extended by one additional week for each session I cancel.
The complete programme is paid for in advance through Stripe.
The promotional rate reflects the commitment to a defined semi-intensive programme rather than individual ad-hoc lessons.
Where applicable, customers purchasing online may have statutory cancellation rights.
If you ask for your training to begin during a statutory cancellation period, you may be required to pay for services already supplied if you subsequently exercise a right to cancel.
Nothing in these terms removes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.
There is no obligation to continue training.
If you choose to continue with regular weekly lessons, you can move onto my regular pupil rate, discounted against my standard £60-per-hour rate.
Normal holidays and reasonable occasional missed weeks are permitted under my regular lesson arrangements.
Current published lesson rates are guaranteed throughout 2026.
