These promotional terms apply to the 5-Lesson and 10-Lesson New Beginner Block Booking offers from Chris Deller Driver Training.
The reduced promotional price is offered in return for committing to regular weekly driving tuition. These packages are not open-ended lesson credits.
This promotion is for new customers who are beginning to learn to drive.
It is not intended for existing pupils, previous or returning pupils, or experienced learners transferring from another instructor.
The package costs £350 and includes five 90-minute driving lessons.
One lesson is expected to be taken each week for five consecutive weeks.
A maximum of one lesson may be postponed and all five lessons must normally be completed within six weeks.
The package costs £650 and includes ten 90-minute driving lessons.
One lesson is expected to be taken each week for ten consecutive weeks.
A maximum of two lessons may be postponed and all ten lessons must normally be completed within twelve weeks.
Payment for the complete package is made in advance through Stripe.
The promotional rate applies because the complete programme is being purchased and regular weekly training is being undertaken.
The package has been discounted on the understanding that lessons will take place regularly.
Any postponement must also comply with the normal lesson cancellation and rescheduling requirements.
A postponed lesson does not turn the package into open-ended credit and all training must still be completed within the relevant completion period.
If a customer chooses to discontinue their promotional programme, lessons already supplied may be recalculated using the standard benchmark rate of £60 per hour when determining the value of services already provided and any appropriate remaining balance.
If I have to cancel a lesson, you will not lose that lesson. It will be rearranged and any necessary adjustment to the programme completion period will be made.
Where applicable, customers purchasing online may have statutory cancellation rights.
If you ask for driving tuition to begin during a statutory cancellation period, you may be required to pay for services already supplied if you subsequently exercise a right to cancel.
Nothing in these terms removes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.
There is no obligation to continue lessons after your promotional package.
If you do continue with regular weekly tuition, you will be eligible for my regular pupil rate, which is discounted against my standard £60-per-hour rate.
Normal holidays and reasonable occasional missed weeks are permitted under the normal regular lesson arrangements.
Current published lesson rates are guaranteed throughout 2026.
